Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi with Bodindecha Teachers and Students of M 2/3

It was Saturday, January 26, 2019. I and my friends went to Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi in Kanchanaburi Province. We went with a group of school. There were about 30 students from Mathayom 2 and several teachers that accompanied us. One of them is my mentor. We went by train. Trains depart at 7 am and would arrive at Nam Tok station at 11 am, or about four hours away.
Along the way, we also stopped at several stations such as Nakhom Prathom station, Kanchanaburi station, etc. When we stop in Kanchanaburi, we were allowed to explore a few places there. Although only given 20 minutes, at least we had time to capture the moment, and how shocked us deeply when we know that in Kanchanaburi is being held THAILAND-IFF which is celebrated in Debsirinnon International School earlier. We met again with 18 delegates from across the country, including Indonesia.

Kanchanaburi station located adjacent to the river. In addition, it is also close to the Kwan In Goddess temple and around them there are also many people who sell street food or snacks by the roadside. No wonder Kanchanaburi frequently visited by tourists, especially when there is an event such as the time. From Kanchanaburi station, we went on our way to the next destination, about an hour away and we got to Nam Tok station. In Nam Tok, we have to ride the songtaew to go to Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi or Sai Yok Noi waterfall and must be back before 3 pm in order not to fall behind the train.

Arriving at Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi, we decided to have lunch first. We split up to look for lunch each. They went looking for a snack, there are going to eat rice, or went looking for a drink, depending on what they wanted. If I, after driving around, I ended up buying Roti, Roti is a kind of Thai street food like martabak. It made from wheat flour in cooking as martabak and in the middle by stuffing an egg. There are various flavors of roti, depending on the toppings are added. If me, I chose young coconut bread. So that when fried, Roti stuffing me there are two, namely eggs and coconut. Once cooked bread is cut into sections, just like martabak in Indonesia, but they also add a unique was Krimmer condensed thereon, then serve it over coconut shells. Truly unique, eat Roti that served over coconut shell is a new experience.

After lunch, we then headed to travel to Sai Yok Noi waterfall. There are many tourists who come both from within the country (Thailand) and abroad. Most of them are foreign tourists as of Europe, America, Japan, China. Not much can explore below, we finally decided to climb to the top, to the water source. To get there we had to climb the stairs that much, then we sort of motorcycle riding to go to the Erawan park. Erawan park there is a flow, not large indeed, but in the river, there is a lot of fish. Besides, the river water is also very clear and refreshing. Akhirya two teachers and two of my friends decided to swim. And me, I decided to soak my feet in the river, as I was going to soak my feet, suddenly came a swarm of small fish came and nibbled my feet, they feed on the dead skin on my feet. It seemed ridiculous but fun. Finally, I leave it alone. Consider it a free fish therapy.

When time is shown at 2. 15 pm. We decided to go back to Nam Tok station so as not to miss the train. On the way home, our train was stopped occasionally at some stations, but we were not allowed to go down because they only drop off and pick up passengers. And finally, we arrived at the station Bamru Bang at 7.30 pm and feeling exhausted.

it's all for this blog, I will post another blog ASAP

See you on another #TRIPINTHAILAND good people ❣❣
